Orosei
Orosei lies on Sardinia’s eastern coast, near the mouth of the Cedrino and the gulf bearing its name. Churches, courtyards and traditional houses line the streets of its historic centre. The wider area includes the long beach at Marina di Orosei, the bays of Cala Liberotto and Cala Ginepro, and the Bidderosa nature area. Beaches, pine woods and lagoons alternate along the shore, while the river plain gives way to farmland and hills inland.
